What's the key to a supermodel's heart on Valentine's Day? "Roses!" Victoria's Secret Angel Adriana Lima, 30, tells PEOPLE. "If my husband sends them to me at home, I'll be very happy. There's nothing better than to receive flowers from someone you love."

The Brazilian supermodel, who will be appearing in a Teleflora ad during the Super Bowl on Sunday, said she prefers receiving gifts that are "very elegant, very thoughtful and very romantic" from husband of three years, Marko Jaric, 33.

"Valentine's Day means giving and receiving love in all different forms," the mom to daughter Valentina, 2. "I think men should touch a woman's emotions. I love kisses, hugs ... all that good stuff!"Another piece of advice she has for those hoping to woo someone on the big day? "Go a little more old-fashioned and include a handwritten note," she advised. "It's really touching and more direct."

And though the model's preferred gift on Valentine's Day is a bouquet of roses, one priceless present she received three years ago can never be topped. "[It] was my wedding day and it was very romantic," she said. "I will carry that memory with me for the rest of my life."

In fact, the brand is one of 10 nominated for the coveted title of ‘Greatest Superbowl Commercial of All Time’ — and Adriana Lima wants YOUR vote. Not only did she record the sexy video below, but she also chatted exclusively with HollywoodLife.com and shared her plans for Superbowl Sunday, who she’s rooting for, what her perfect Valentine’s Day includes and what it’s like watching herself in these sexy commercials.

Adriana plans on taking it easy for the big game and said her plans include, “Hanging out on the sofa watching the game with family and friends,” and she plans on rooting for her ‘home’ team — even though former Angel Gisele is married to Tom Brady and will be rooting for the Patriots! “NYC has been my gracious home for over 10 years, Go Giants!”

When it comes to her slew of commercials and presence in campaigns, it looks like she has a new little fan — and it’s her daughter, Valentina, who will be 3-years-old in November. “What’s funny right now, is that my daughter is starting to recognize her mom on TV or when we walk by a store.” How cute!

As for Valentine’s Day, Adriana doesn’t have set plans — but she says there’s three requirements for the perfect, sexy celebration. “My plans for Valentine’s Day are undetermined but always need to involve three things: my husband, something very special from Victoria’s Secret and some very very good chocolate.”

Teaming up for a new special, Adriana Lima joined Jillian Michaels on location at St. Elmo Steak House in Indianapolis, Indiana for 'Super Bowl's Greatest Commercials'. The Victoria's Secret beauty was a special guest while the celebrity personal trainer is co-hosting the CBS interactive countdown with former NFL quarterback Boomer Esiason, with the program set to air February 1st at 8PM ET/PT.

Meanwhile, Miss Lima happens to be featured in another Super Bowl ad this year, as she'll be seen in a second quarter spot for flower delivery service, Teleflora "The thing I love the most about this ad is that everything happens in a very intimate moment, in a romantic place," Lima told of the commercial. "Men will learn about the emotions women feel and how important a gift of flowers is to us on Valentine's Day. I know you guys will like it."

She’s always on the go, and yesterday (January 18) Adriana Lima was spotted catching a flight in Geneva, Switzerland. The Victoria’s Secret stunner looked lovely as she cleared security at the Geneva International Airport after having attended the SIHH High Jewelry Fair.

And on February 5th, Adriana will be featured in a brand new Kia commercial during the Super Bowl along with Motley Crue and UFC stud Chuck Liddell. Kia America marketing honcho Michael Sprague explained, “As we’re dreaming at night, our true desires come out. It’s the ultimate man’s dream, and it’s not offensive to women either.”

There was a supermodel gathering of sorts at Geneva, Switzerland. The SIHH High Jewelry Fair had events that drew the likes of Adriana Lima and Eva Herzigova. Aside from the modeling crowd, celebs including Ewan McGregor and Rosamund Pike were in attendance.

On January 17, Wednesday, Eva Herzigova joined a VIP dinner for Montblanc Princesse Grace de Monaco. Eva chose a Dolce and Gabbana dress for the occasion. The black, bustier dress had wide shoulder straps and a full skirt. The textured number was recently worn by British actress Felicity Jones. While Felicity's look had a girlish air about it, Eva's had a mysterious, yet ladylike mood to hers.

Eva followed up her VIP dinner dress with a delightful Dolce and Gabbana tomato-print number for a visit to the Montblanc booth at SIHH on January 18.

The Fashion Patrol spotted Adriana Lima showing off her toned shoulders and endless legs in a LWD. On January 17, Adriana was at the IWC Schaffhausen "Top Gun Gala." The Victoria's Secret model looked gorgeous in the cut-out dress. A gold Louboutin clutch, Rene Caovilla heels, and bold red lips completed Adriana Lima's look.

This year's swim trends are looking hot, as supermodels Adriana Lima and Candice Swanepoel show off the looks in behind-the-scenes footage from the Victoria's Secret Swim 2012 collection in Turks & Caicos. The angels were videos showing the swim catalog for the brand and their bodies look amazing and swimsuits are even hotter.

The trend is said to be all about Brazil. Some of the bikinis are inspired by the Amazon, Lima said. The bikinis can be seen featuring rich jungle colours such as green and pinks, yellow, as well as wild animal print style.

"People don't realize how much work it is, shooting swimwear," Swanepoel said while soaking up the island sun and frolicking on the beach. "We're in the heat. We're kinda fighting the elements. But I love it still. I love being on the beach, being in the water."Look out for some embellishments, stones and some sparkle on the pieces this year."Even if you're shy, trust me, don't worry about it, put on the suit, you're gonna still look hot," Lima said. Brazilian supermodel Adriana Lima, who followed a liquid diet and worked out obsessively to prepare for the Victoria's Secret fashion show, flaunts her lithe physique in the January 2012 Victoria's Secret catalog. The ripped 5'8" Adriana models a series of colorful bra and panty sets for the photoshoot, which was done on the idyllic beaches of Turks and Caicos.

Exercise Makes You Look and Feel Beautiful
Lima, who boxes, jumps rope and strength-trains, also does isometric exercises to maintain her super-toned bikini body. "I don’t lift weights, I don’t like machines — everything I do is with my body weight," Adriana said recently.

Lima, who gave birth to daughter Valentina (with husband Marko Jaric, a Serbian basketball pro) in Nov. 2009, says working out regularly not only keeps her fit and slim, but makes her feel better. "I’m really looking forward to my future," says Adriana. "When I get older, I want to really be in shape. And also working out is a great source of detox. You sweat out all the toxins, the impurities come out. "Also it helps with your mood, you look great, it helps with your skin, and also it helps with my immune system too. I never get sick when I work out. I have actually more energy. Working out should be a part of everybody’s routine.”
